Textile projects and Prototyping
Our Sewing skills dont stop at sail repair. We are currently working on a number of projects for various companies offering a UK based solution for out of the ordinary projects that need a sewing skills.
We have produced bespoke items ranging from exhibition stand dust covers to slings for lowering batteries into man holes.
We have worked with many companies large and small - in the past we have done work on Swimming pool covers, fire brigade equipment, police force equipment, protective coverings for scaffolding, stage backdrops, curtains, smaller interior and exterior building features and even customised seating for buggies and wheel chairs.
We can produce custom fitting protective coverings to your requirements, padded bags or bespoke style pieces just for fun. Our work has been seen in places ranging from London art exhibitions to designer make up and fashion exhibitions but we have also made covers for sewage machinery!
It is also possible to work with us in producing prototypes or small quantity production runs which are inefficient to send overseas. We can talk you through the manufacture process and discuss suitable materials before making working models of your design. Depending on the time of year we can often help companies out who are in need of a manufactured product quickly often turning around quantities that would surprise you in a short space of time. Depending on the requirements, we make use of computer aided cutting and screen printing to give a truly professional finish to the product.
